Big Names in Big D! - PMI Dallas Chapter Professional Development Day to feature Gopal Kapur, Roger Staubach, and Greg Balestrero - Sat, 28 April
According to the PMI Dallas Chapter event publicity, there will be something for everyone at this major event in North Texas, for new project managers, PMPs, functional managers, project team members – “Whatever your role, we've got you covered!” The day will feature keynote speakers, presentations on critical topics, breakout sessions and relevant speeches. Attendees can receive up to 8 PDU’s for PMP recertification.

Keynote speakers will include:

Gopal Kapur founder and president of the Center for Project Management and noted authority on project management, will open the event with his inspiring address, How Project Managers Can Be Productively Disruptive in a Crazy World.

Roger Staubach will discuss the leadership skills which have made him a role model not only as the 'winningest' quarterback in NFL history, but also as the Chairman and CEO of his real estate firm, The Staubach Company. His latest project? Chairing the committee to bring the Super Bowl to Dallas.

Gregory Balestrero Project Management Institute's own CEO, will round out the day with his look at The Value of Project Management. Now one of the world’s best known and most visible spokesperson for the project management profession, Mr. Balestrero is making a rare appearance at a PMI chapter event in north Texas.
