The
International Project Management Association (IPMA) has selected PMForum to promote and report about their ROMA 2008 Global Congress on Project Management. PMForum announced on Monday, 19 November that it has been named “Media Partner” for ROMA 2008 Congress, to be held in Rome, Italy during the 9-11 November 2008. This will be the 22nd IPMA World Congress and the first in Italy since 1992. It is expected to be one the largest project management conferences in the world next year.
According to
Henrik Jonsson, Vice President of IPMA, “PMForum is now recognized as the world’s leading independent source of project management news. We want to work closely with them in order to increase global exposure and visibility for our 2008 World Congress, and expect their live news coverage directly from the congress in Rome to be especially exciting.”

ROMA 2008 World Congress will be conducted during 9-11 November 2008 at the Palazzo dei Congressi, located in the heart of the Rome business center. Participants from more than 50 countries are expected. The sponsoring organizations are the Italian National Association of Industrial Plant Engineering (ANIMP), the Italian Project Management Academy, and the IPMA. The Chair of the 22nd IPMA World Congress project manager is Mr.
Luigi Iperti; the Project Manager of IPMA 2008 is Mr.
