A major opportunity for participating exhibitors and sponsors has been announced for The 2nd Annual UT Dallas Project Management Symposium being held during 18-19 August 2008 at The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, USA. The Vendor Exhibition that will accompany the August symposium will be an opportunity for project management companies to showcase their solutions. Suppliers of program and project management products, services and technologies are invited to participate in this major project management event, expected to be one of the largest in Texas this year. It will also be one of the only such events held on a major university campus in the United States, so participants can note that for marketing purposes. The 2 Day Project Management Symposium will focus on topics important to organizations and industries in North Texas and will include professional presentations and discussions on a variety of topics. The Conference will also include an Opening Ceremony with Keynote Speakers, breaks in the vendors’ exhibition area, a Monday evening networking reception and a closing keynote address.

Venue & Facilities

The Symposium will be held on The UT Dallas Campus, in the School of Management, a state of the art facility with audio visual and multi-media technologies in each room.

The Vendor Exhibition area will include booth and table space for exhibitors in the reception area and main halls of the School of Management, the first time for such an arrangement at the school. Symposium participants will have maximum exposure to the exhibitors and sponsors between sessions and during breaks. The school is offering sponsorship opportunities for this symposium, at which approximately 500 attendees are anticipated. The symposium is being sponsored by the Graduate Program in Project Management at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas), in cooperation with the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and PMForum, Inc.
