Exhibition & Sponsorship Opportunities still available for 2nd Annual UT Dallas Project Management Symposium in Texas - August 18 & 19
Opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors remain available for The 2nd Annual UT Dallas Project Management Symposium being held during 18-19 August 2008 at The University of Texas at Dallas in Richardson, Texas, USA. The 2 Day PM Symposium will focus on topics important to organizations and industries in North Texas and will include professional presentations and discussions on a variety of topics. The Conference will include an Opening Ceremony with two keynote speakers, breaks in the vendors’ exhibition area, a Monday evening networking reception, opening and closing keynote addresses on day two, and several panel discussions. The Vendor Exhibition that will accompany the August symposium will be an opportunity for companies to showcase their project management solutions. Suppliers of program and project management products, services and technologies are invited to participate in this major project management event, expected to be the largest in North Texas this year. It will also be one of the only such events held on a major university campus in the United States.

Symposium organizers have also incorporated a "PM Tools & Technology" track for symposium exhibitors and sponsors to present product demonstrations, technology overviews or presentations about their products and services. Venue & Facilities

The Symposium will be held on The UT Dallas Campus, in the School of Management, a state of the art facility with audio visual and multi-media technologies in each room.

The Vendor Exhibition area will include booth and table space for exhibitors in the reception area and main halls of the School of Management. Symposium participants will have maximum exposure to the exhibitors and sponsors between sessions and during breaks. Sponsorship Opportunities

The school is also offering sponsorship opportunities for this symposium, at which approximately 350 attendees are anticipated. Sponsors will receive maximum visibility at the school, will be featured on the conference website, and will receive complimentary passes for employees, among other benefits. Most importantly, they will be recognized by the Project Management Program at The University of Texas at Dallas School of Management for their support. Sponsorship levels include President’s Club level ($2,500), Dean’s Club level ($1,500), and Director’s Club level ($500). The symposium is being sponsored by the Graduate Program in Project Management at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas), in cooperation with the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and PMForum, Inc. Both the PMI Dallas Chapter and UT Dallas are registered education providers with PMI, so all attendees will receive Professional Development Units (PDUs), which is also expected to increase attendance.

The Project Management Program at UT Dallas provides application-oriented education for professionals with significant project, program or general management responsibilities. Established in the Executive Education center in the School of Management, students have the option of earning a Graduate Certificate in Project Management, a Master of Science degree with an emphasis in project management, or a Master of Business Administration degree with project management emphasis.
