The Fort Worth PMI Chapter and TCU Neeley School of Business, Tandy Center for Executive Leadership are offering Dallas/Ft. Worth (DFW) area project managers on November 14-15, 2008 the opportunity to participate in the ULTIMATE PM SIM COMPETITION (1 ½ Days). This project simulation workshop has consistently received high ratings in 2007-2008 from over 200 international students and U.S students when compared to more traditional project management training.

Simulation participants make key decisions in teams using work breakdown structures, Gantt Charts, and Microsoft Project reports. The participants also make decisions relative to acquiring, motivating, training, and releasing resources.

In addition to some terrific learning and practice in decision making, the teams will be competing for top honors including the prestigious "My Team Did Better Than Your Team Award"! Project performance is evaluated and compared with other teams.
