Sponsor Opportunities announced for 3rd Annual UT Dallas Project Management Symposium in Texas
Sponsorship opportunities have been announced for the 3rd UT Dallas Project Management Symposium, scheduled for August 2009 on The University of Texas at Dallas campus in Richardson, Texas, USA. The two-day symposium is being sponsored by the Graduate Program in Project Management in the School of Management's Executive Education Center at The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas), in partnership with the Dallas Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and PMForum, Inc. Companies interested in participating should contact pmsymposium@utdallas.edu or visit http://pmsymposium.utdallas.edu.

Corporations and suppliers of program and project management products, services, software and technology are invited to become sponsors of this major regional project management symposium. Based on attendance at the 2nd UT Dallas PM Symposium in 2008, the 2009 conference is expected to be one of the largest PM events in Texas in 2009. It will again be one of only a few PM conferences held on a major university campus in the United States.

The two-day Project Management Symposium will focus on topics important to organizations, industries and the economy of North Texas and will include  professional presentations and discussions on a variety of topics. Other conference features will include opening ceremony with keynote speakers, breaks in a sponsor showcase area, a Monday evening networking reception, and a closing plenary session with more keynote speeches.

The Symposium will be held on The UT Dallas Campus, in the School of Management Building, which features state of the art audio visual and multi-media technologies in each room. The Sponsor Showcase area will include booth and table spaces in the reception area and main halls of the School of Management, so participants will have maximum exposure to the sponsors between sessions.

Sponsors will receive complete visibility during the event, will be featured on the conference website, and will receive multiple passes for employees, among other benefits.  Most importantly, they will be publically recognized by the organizers for their support. For more information, contact pmsymposium@utdallas.edu.

Both the PMI Dallas Chapter and The UT Dallas School of Management's Executive Education Program are registered education providers with PMI, so attendees can receive up to 14 Professional Development Units (PDUs) for PMP recertification.
