Dr. Harold Kerzner, Senior Executive Director at International Institute for Learning, Inc, has been announced as a keynote presenter at the 23rd IPMA World Congress in Helsinki, Finland. Dr. Kerzner delivers his keynote presentation Value-driven Project Management in the morning of 16.6.2009, the second congress day.

Dr. Kerzner (Ph.D., MS, Engineering and MBA) is Senior Executive Director with International Institute for Learning, Inc. Dr. Kerzner is a globally recognized expert on project, program, and portfolio management, and strategic planning and the author of the best-selling books about project management. Dr. Kerzner sees the 23rd IPMA Global congress in Helsinki, Finland, as an outstanding possibility for people across the world to share lessons learned and best practices in project management. Project management knowledge is now regarded as corporate intellectual capital and, as such, should be shared to benefit companies across the world. The sharing of project management knowledge has helped reduce and even eliminate some political, social and economic barriers across nations and continents, and there is every reason to believe that this trend will continue well into the future. Global congresses allow this to happen, and bring the world closer together. (Photo courtesy 23rd IPMA World Congress)
