Spirit AeroSystems executive Walter Fancher to keynote May 2009 EVM World Conference in Florida
The PMI College of Performance Management (PMI-CPM) has announced that Walter Fancher of Spirit AeroSystems will deliver a keynote speech at the EVM World 2009 Project Performance Management Conference being held in May 2009. The PMI-CPM will hold its 25th Annual International Earned Value Management (EVM) conference, with the title EVM World 2009 Project Performance Management Conference, at the Naples Grande Resort Hotel in Naples, Florida, USA during 27-29 May 2009.

Walter Fancher is the Manager of Business Operations at Spirit AeroSystems. He has several years experience in teaching finance, organizational theory, business management and project management as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. He has developed and taught classes for Rockwell International and Boeing. He has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration Degree; he also has several course units in Management by Objectives from UCLA. In all Mr. Fancher has 25 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, capacity planning, finance, scheduling, and business operations. He is also licensed in Early Settlement (Mediation) for the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has received a Certificate of Achievement from Princeton Premier as a Professional Business Leader, and is a member of Delta Mu Delta, an honor society in Business Administration
