Organizers encourage visitors to read Helsinki This Week and use Helsinki Card at the 23rd IPMA World Congress in Helsinki, Finland

The organizers of the 23rd IPMA World Congress on project management, which will take place in Helsinki, Finland on June 15 ... 17 2009, encourage congress participants and accompanying persons to read Helsinki This Week and use Helsinki Card. Both are operated by Helsinki Expert Ltd, a renowned local tourist agency in charge of the congress accommodation and touring arrangements.
