Organizers release new congress brochure of 23rd IPMA World Congress in Helsinki, Finland

A new version, # 1.8, of the full congress brochure has been released by the organizers of the 23rd IPMA World Congress on Project Management, which will take place in Helsinki, Finland on June 15... 17 2009.

Jyry Louhisto, Project Leader in charge of the IPMA World Congress in
Helsinki, Finland, invites everybody to investigate the very high level
