"Programme and Project Portfolio Management" expert seminar offered within the happy projects '09 events in Vienna on 6 June 2009

Five Expert Seminars will be offered within the happy projects '09 events being held during 4-6 June 2009 in Vienna, Austria. For those interested in "Programme and Project Portfolio Management", an expert seminar on that topic will be available as a post-conference seminar on 6 June 2009.

This expert seminar is offered for project owners and project managers, programme owners and managers, managers of project-oriented companies, consultants and training course leaders. Contents will address programme management as an advanced concept for the project-oriented company; programme management processes and methods; the programme organization, including programme management office; and project portfolio management processes, methods and tools.

The leader of this expert seminar will be Mr. Stefan Fiedler (pictured) of Roland Gareis Consulting, who says, "we will discuss these topics for high level executives in project-oriented organizations, from both the private and public sectors. These topics are suitable for project and programme managers, owners and other top managers who must plan and oversee multiple projects that together must support the organization's mission."

The happy projects`09 events, often the biggest project management event in Austria, is the annual international Project Management Conference of PROJEKTMANAGEMENT GROUP - Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration - and ROLAND GAREIS CONSULTING.
