Project Institute Finland partners with the 23rd IPMA World Congress in Helsinki, Finland

Project Institute Finland Ltd has signed a partnership agreement with the organizers of the 23rd IPMA World Congress on project management, which will take place in Helsinki, Finland on June 15... 17 2009.
