PMForum named Media Partner for 17th Global Symposium 2009 in New Delhi, India
Project Management Associates (PMA), the Indian national project management association, has named PMForum as a Media Partner for their 17th Global Symposium 2009 - Managing Projects, Programs & Portfolios - to be held during 14-16 December 2009 in New Delhi.

The Global PM Symposium in India will deal with managing complex projects & programs, and especially those that affect India and the Asian region. Indian government and industry leaders, along with world class speakers and professional leaders, will come together in New Delhi to share their experience and knowledge with the expected 800 delegates from over 15 countries.

The 17th Global Symposium 2009 will have two major streams this year: Social Sector, such as corporate social responsibility, employment, health and education; and Industrial Sector, for example infrastructure, services and manufacturing industries. The 17th Global Symposium 2009 is organized under the overall Chair of Mr. B K Chaturvedi, Member, Planning Commission, Government of India. The Programme Director is Adesh Jain, Honorary Chairman of PMA. The 17th Global Project Management Symposium is being jointly organized by Project Management Associates (PMA) and the Centre for Excellence in Project Management (CEPM), in association with the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and the International Construction Project Management Association (ICPMA).
