Victor Aynosa to speak at PMI Cono Sur Tour in Mendoza

In November, Mendoza (Argentina) will be hosting one of the most important congresses on Project Management, el PMI Cono Sur Tour. Victor Aynosa, Past President of PMI Lima will lecture in the event. Mr. Aynosa holds a degree in Systems Engineer, is PMO Officer at Celepsa and President of PM4Lat.
Mr. Aynosa will talk about " Recovery of Projects in Problems".
According to Mr. Aynosa, "along the stages that compose a project there could be diverse difficulties that don' t allow us from achieving our objectives the way we want to, the key is in not lower our arms, to overcome the barriers finding alternative ways of resolution, and continue with the development of the project."
This is the second year the event is hosted in Mendoza (Argentina). According to organizers, "we believe that any professional that works, or wants to start working in the fascinating world of Project Management, be present at the above mentioned event, because ir will grant very useful tools for planning, initiating, developing and finish a project.
