The expected streams for the Zurich Expert Seminar in February 2010 include:
- Role of the Investor - What is the role of the investor in a project programme or portfolio? Can the project manager contribute to the viability and risk management of the project? When and how should a project be changed, suspended or deleted?
- From Expectations to Results - What are the results of the project in the short and long time? How can the project manager contribute to the elaboration of expectations, objectives and plans, and to achieving the project results in the long and short term?
