Wideman PM Website updates announced for February 2010
Max Wideman has announced the updates to his popular project management website for February 2010. According to the email from Max, here are the items to be added to his website in February.

Most people now recognize that project management is a positive force in almost every field of endeavor. So, is it not time that we introduced it into school activities, even into the learning process? Jeremy Schneider, in his recent book Chalkbored: What's Wrong with School & How to Fix It, seems to think so. So, take a look at School Projects: A New Vision of Education in Max's latest Musings.

You've got your "PMP", you've got a new project and now you're wondering where to start? You need two must-have handy little pocket-size how-to guides: Project Management Memory Jogger™ (Regular and Advanced) By Paula Martin, Karen Tate and Cynthia Stackpole. Read Max's review in Papers.

How do you Gain Value from a Project Management Model and how do you sustain that value? Read Max's Guests' in-depth and practical Case Study by Eva Riis and Pernille Eskerod from Denmark.

Max has a new Issacon in a similar vein - 1362c Integrative Action: How well is our team doing? A simple test to find out.

Max has also updated Issacon forms 1208a Business Case: Strategy and 1208b Business Case: Content.

If you are looking for answers, guidelines or templates, check out Max's Issacons - "Issues and Considerations" - that are presented in bullet form for quick and easy reference by project managers.
