Teppo Kuisma nominated Managing Director of Ixonos Business Solutions Ltd

Mr Teppo Kuisma has been nominated Managing Director of Ixonos Business Solutions Ltd, which was incorporated in to a separate subsidiary of the Ixonos Group as of January 1st 2010. The reason for the separation is to simplify the juridical organization of the Group, to develop and to strengthen the business operations, and to reorganize the Group activities to better match the needs of the customers and the nature of the business operations. Mr Timo Aittoniemi has been nominated Sales Director in the new company.
Mr Kuisma has worked at Ixonos as Chief Project Officer and Senior Consultant since 2007. His responsibilities have included the development of business process models and technology partnerships of the Business Solutions unit. Earlier he worked as Chief Project Officer at Mermit Business Applications Ltd, which has later acquired by Ixonos Plc, and as IT Application Center Manager at UPM.
