PMForum named Media Partner for 2nd Annual Nigerian National Project Management Conference in September

PMForum has been named a Media Partner for the 2nd Annual National Project Management Conference being held in Abuja, Nigeria in September. The conference with the theme "Project Management: The Key to National Development" will be held during 21-22 September 2010 at the Nicon Luxury Hotel in Nigeria's capital city. National Project Management Conference is an annual knowledge building
and capacity enhancing event that exposes participants in Nigeria to
global trends and best practices in the management of projects and
programs
The conference provides a unique forum for the exchange of ideas among the key managers in both the Public & Private sectors. Participants are drawn from Government Agencies, Development Partners, Financial Institutions, Oil and Gas, Construction Companies, Telecoms and IT Companies, Consulting Firms, Education Providers and independent Project Managers. The event will include professional presentations, educational workshops and a business exhibition.
This year's event will be opened by His Excellency Arc. Namadi Sambo, Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Other dignitaries expected to attend include The Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Dimeji Bankole; The Head of Civil Service of the Federation, Mr. Steve Oronsaye; Minister of National Planning, Dr. Shamsudeen Usman; Minister of Finance, Mr. Olusegun Aganga, under the chairmanship of Chief Oluwole Adeosun, Former minister of Transport; and representatives of other government organizations, including the Central Bank of Nigeria.
