Award Winning Author Robyn Meredith to Address PMI Congress in Sydney
Congress to attract attendees from throughout Asia-Pacific Region

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - February 14, 2008 -- Robyn Meredith, author of ‘The Elephant and the Dragon: The Rise of India and China and What it Means for All of Us,” will address attendees at the PMI (Project Management Institute) Global Congress 2008—Asia Pacific on Monday, March 3, during the opening session. “The Elephant and the Dragon,” in which she compares the dynamic rise of India and China as world economic powers, has been on The New York Times Best Seller List and was awarded the "The Best Business Book of 2007" in the Globalisation category by 800CEORead.com.

Meredith, who lives in Hong Kong, is senior editor-Asia for Forbes magazine. She began her career as a banking reporter for the American Banker and then she became a business reporter for USA Today. Before joining Forbes in 1996, she was a correspondent for The New York Times. Meredith is an honors graduate (cum laude) of Boston University in Massachusetts, USA. She also has studied as a Knight-Wallace Fellow at the University of Michigan (USA) Business School.

The PMI Global Congress will be a three-day event, March 3-5, at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney, and it will offer opportunities for project managers to learn new techniques, tools and best practices, gaining a global and regional perspective of their profession.
