IPS Management, Together with Mainsail Partners, Acquires the Assets of IPSolutions, Inc.
New Company Is Created

SAN MATEO, CA - /PRNewswire/ - February 26, 2008 -- IP Solutions, LLC (IPS) has acquired substantially all of the assets of IPSolutions, Inc., a premier provider of corporate education and training solutions in the disciplines of strategic execution and portfolio, program, and project management. Mainsail Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $150 million under management, provided the equity investment in support of a management led buyout. The investment bank Venturi & Company LLC advised IPS management through the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
