Contract Valued at Up To $46.5 Million to URSSAN FRANCISCO, CA - /BUSINESS WIRE/ - June 11, 2008 -- URS Corporation (NYSE: URS) today announced that the Company's URS Division has been awarded a contract by the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) to provide engineering design for the $567 million, 465/69 Northeast Corridor project in Indianapolis. The contract has a maximum value of $46.5 million to URS.
Under the terms of the contract, URS will assist INDOT with design and project management services, including preparation of a financial plan, environmental documentation, geotechnical engineering, surveying, roadway and bridge design, land acquisition, permitting and utility coordination.
