PASADENA, CA - (Marketwire) - August 30, 2010 -- Parsons announced today that Joseph P. McGonagle joined its Infrastructure & Technology Group.
Mr.
McGonagle has 40 years of experience in engineering and design-build
services, including contracts to both the private sector and the
Department of Defense. He also has experience leading federal
architect-engineer (A-E) businesses and the expansion of services to
include design-build and program management. Prior to joining Parsons,
Mr. McGonagle served as chief executive officer for a large federal
services contractor providing A-E and construction management services
to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Center for military
and civil works.
