APM qualifications are designed to meet the needs of a project manager
throughout their career. APM's qualifications are aligned with IPMA's
4-level Certification Program.
All qualifications, apart from the Certificated Project Manager
qualification, are delivered through APM Accredited Training Providers.

Introductory Certificate: for anyone looking to understand the principles of project management.
APMP (IPMA Level D): for people with up to two years' project management
experience.
Practitioner Qualification (IPMA Level C): for anyone with more than three years of project management experience.
Certificated Project Manager (IPMA Level B): for project managers with extensive experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
APM Project Risk Management Certificates: APM offers level one and level two certificates for project and programme managers involved in project risk assessment in any way.

RegPM (Registered
Project Manager) is AIPM’s competency-based Project Management
Certification Program. It is fully aligned with the Australian Qualifications
Framework (AQF) and based on individual assessment against the National Competency
Standards for Project Management. It is awarded on three levels: Level
4 (Qualified
Project Practitioner); Level 5 (Registered Project Manager);
and Level
6 (Master Project Director).

The IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB, 1999) which explains the IPMA certification programmes and shows the core and additional elements of the knowledge and experience as well as the aspects of the personal behaviour and general impression for the certification of project management competence, and
the IPMA Certification Yearbook which shows the concept of the four level certification and lists the actual certificates and assessors fo the national certification bodies.
