PMFORUM OPENS DISCUSSION CENTER

Responding to demands for interactive content, pmforum.org has announced the creation of the PMFORUM Discussion Center. This free service allows pmforum.org visitors to interact directly with each other, as well as with the editors and contributing authors featured on pmforum.org.

pmforum discussion centerMany pmforum.org users will find the "Ask the Experts" section particularly useful. This area allows users to post questions and to respond to questions posted by others. pmforum.org receives a steady stream of questions which the editors generally attempt to answer based on their personal knowledge and experience. The PMFORUM Discussion Center will greatly improve the chance of a helpful response by exposing these questions to the more than 80,000 visits pmforum.org experiences every month.

pmforum.org has also receives frequent requests related to employment opportunities. The Employment section responds to this demand by providing an interactive site for employers to post openings and job seekers to network.

The other major section of the PMFORUM Discussion Center, Discussion Forums, is intended to facilitate discussion about articles published in PM World Today and other topics of interest. Participants can post comments to an existing thread or begin a new one.

The structure will be adjusted periodically as the interest in each section becomes evident. Users are encouraged to suggest additional sections by contacting the Managing Editor of pmforum.org.

Participation in the PMFORUM Discussion Center requires registration with a valid e-mail address. The moderators will remove inappropriate content, but otherwise, users are at liberty to post any relevant information or opinion. Active debate is encouraged.
