BMF CONFERENCES ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SEMINAR

bmf Conferences has announced a Successful Project Management Seminar focused on the theme "Delivering Complex Projects within a Demanding Environment". The seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, June 27, at the Croke Park Stadium Conference Centre, Dublin, Ireland.

According to bmf Conferences: "This seminar will address many of these core aspects of successful project management and will equip attendees with the knowledge and skills they need to be effective in their pursuit of project excellence."

Chaired by Pierce Martin of Engineers Ireland, the seminar will open with a reflection on 'The Business of Delivering Projects' from Michael Shelly, Director of the Project Management Group. This will be followed by a master class from world-renowned project management expert Professor Rodney Turner. Professor Turner will give an overview of Critical Success Factors for Project Management, covering such issues as:
