PMForum's Academic Alliance Program is aimed at academic leaders, educators and institutions around the world engaged in education or research related to project and program management.
Objectives for the program are to
- Identify high-quality project management education and research programs underway around the world;
- Provide visibility and promotional support for those programs, in exchange for mutual visibility for PMForum at those institutions (contra-marketing);
- Provide publishing opportunities for faculty and students on PMForum websites and in the monthly PM World Today eJournal;
- Provide educational resources for use by faculty and students; and
- Establish advantageous pricing for PMForum subscribers and readers at those institutions for educational programs and events;
Academic Partners receive the following:
- Listing as an Academic Partner on PMForum websites, with links to institution’s website;
- Listing of institution events, deadlines and milestones in the Events Calendar on www.pmforum.org
- Publication of breaking news articles and publicity on www.pmforum.org
- Opportunities to publish articles in PM World Today;
- Monthly email of Table of Contents of PM World Today to forward to stakeholders – faculty, students, alumni;
- Access to globally-recognized PM authorities and leaders as potential speakers for events, meetings, seminars and workshops; and
- Other benefits to be identified in the future.
In exchange, the Academic Partner agrees to:
- Identify PMForum as a partner on the institution’s website with a link to www.pmforum.org;
- Forward the PM World Today eJournal email (or link to the latest version) to appropriate stakeholders (alumni, faculty, students); and
- Provide a “contact point” to report news and information from the institution on a regular basis.
