![]() Robert Youker Robert Youker is an independent trainer and consultant in
Project Management with more than thirty-five years of experience in the field.
Mr. Youker is a graduate of Colgate University and the Harvard Business School,
and has studied for a doctorate in behavioral science at George Washington
University. His project management experience includes new product development
at Xerox Corporation and project management consulting for many companies as
President of Planalog Management Systems from 1968 to 1975. He is retired from
the World Bank where he developed and presented Project Management courses in
Washington DC as well as in Africa, China, Pakistan, The Philippines, Turkey
and Iraq. Most recently he was the author of the Instructor’s Resource
Kit on The Implementation of Development Projects on CD ROM, released by the

Michael Young has worked as a professional project manager for eight years. He is currently working in the ICT Industry as a consulting project manager, providing advice and services to a range of Government departments, including Department of Defence, where he is managing the implementation of IT systems. He holds the AIPM professional award of Master Project Director (Level 6 of the ANCSPM) and is an AIPM endorsed assessor and a qualified Australian Workplace Assessor. Michael is an active member of the AIPM, and member of the ACT Chapter Council, fulfilling the role of Councillor - Education and Certification for the past six years. Michael has managed a range of logistics and IT projects across many industry groups, including banking/finance, IT, telecommunications, Government, facilities, defence, aviation, consulting and manufacturing in both Australia and Asia. ![]() Robert J.
Zanfardino Robert J. Zanfardino, Senior Project / Program Manager,
has worked with multi billion dollar corporations such as IBM, Gentiva Health
Services, CompuCom, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as smaller midsize
companies while managing his own consulting company. This deep range of
experiences over the years developed Rob into a Senior Advisor playing pivotal
roles by identifying new strategies and methodologies within corporations as
they effect the project life cycle. His ability to envision long term solutions
combined with structuring sensible implementation plans have made Rob a valued
asset and "Go To" resource. As an Adjunct Professor focusing on Business
Process Management methodologies, Rob has devised quality strategies used to

Marc A. Zocher, PMP is a technology and project
management consultant serving the nuclear energy, environmental and security
industries. Marc has a B.S. degree in Geology from New Mexico State
University in the USA and twenty five (25) years' experience on environmental,
industrial, energy, and government related programs and projects. Marc is a
PMI® member and a certified PMP. He previously received CCC certification
from AACEi and the CCE certification from ICEC. He is also a former
