Claudia Bacca Claudia Bacca, PMP, PMI Certified OPM3® Assessor/Consultant, is an independent project management consultant, trainer and lecturer. She has lectured at private venues and PMI chapters across the world. Bacca has more than 20 years of project management experience and serves on the leadership team that produced the Project Management Maturity OPM3 standard. David Baccarini David Baccarini is Associate Professor in Project Management at Curtin University of Technology in Perth, Australia. He formulated the Master of Project Management program at Curtin, which was the first post-graduate university program in Western Australia. The course is also conducted in Hong Kong, Singapore & Sri Lanka. David Brojt David Brojt has a degree in Business Administration. He also is a Public Accountant. In both cases he graduated from Buenos Aires University, Argentina. He is a professor in Buenos Aires University and a guest lecturer in Business Postgraduate courses in private universities. Annett Brown Annett Brown was born and raised in Germany and has been living in the United States for nearly 11 years. She works at Covidien, formerly known as Tyco Healthcare, where she is in charge of international business development for pharmaceutical products in Europe and the Middle East. Despite the fact that her division is not projectized, her PM skills are a great asset, especially when considering that the launch of a pharmaceutical product in a foreign country usually requires long, complex registration procedures, involving a large number of professionals and sometimes clinical trials. Annett received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rollins College, Winter Park, Florida. Thomas B. Clark, Ph.D.
Thomas B. (Tom) Clark, Ph.D., is co-founder and former Executive Vice President of Project Success Inc. (PSI), an Atlanta-based project management training and consulting services company. Tom is heavily involved in the development and delivery of PSI’s courses. Tom is also Professor Emeritus of Management at Georgia State University. He also served the University as Chair of the Department of Management and as Interim Dean of the College of Business Administration. David I. Cleland, PhD David I. Cleland, Ph.D., is professor emeritus in the School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Cleland is the author or editor of 36 books on project management and engineering management and is the most published author of PM textbooks in the world. He has served as a consultant for both national and foreign companies, and is co-founder of the University of Pittsburgh’s Manufacturing Assistance Center (MAC), whose mission is to provide manufacturing systems technology assistance to small and mid-sized manufacturers in Western Pennsylvania. Chris Clucas In 1999 Chris Clucas, President, Aspen Consulting, Inc founded Aspen Consulting and proceeded to develop Aspen's unique style of delivering training. Lieutenant Colonel William Cooley Prior to spending most of 2005 in Kabul Afghanistan, Lt. Col. Bill Cooley’s 15-years in the Air Force included laboratory research of semiconductor materials, laser and space power technologies; a tour in Germany at the Warrior Preparation Center near Ramstein AB; and most recently a Pentagon tour acquiring military satellite communication systems. Mr. Cooley completed a Doctorate in Engineering Physics from the Air Force Institute of technology in 1997 and will begin attending National War College at Fort McNair, Washington DC in August 2006.
J. Kent Crawford is the CEO and president of PM Solutions, a Philadelphia-area project management training, consulting, and research firm. A former president and Chair of the Project Management Institute, Crawford has advanced the global profession of project management through his international relationships. He is the author of several project management and industry publications, and also offers seminars on the topic of project office deployment.
Earl W. Crisp, D. P. A., - is employed by the U. S. Department of Education, Post Secondary Education for Eligibility and Oversight of Guarantors, Lenders and Servicers.
