PMFORUM is an information traffic cop and is a pointer to the resources of the Internet for focused project management information. That is, the majority of the links are to remote web sites of specific project management oriented information. All of these links have been provided by PMFORUM users or project management vendors in a collegial and cooperative attempt to diffuse project management information on a world-wide basis. One might see the PMFORUM as an Internet Project Management Library resource index system.

When you know the exact project information that you need then you can use the site search to locate the pages where the text of your search is located. To use the Site Search Engine you type in the keyword or set of keywords that describe the type of information that you are looking for. The PMFORUM Web Site Search Engine will return, indicating which page is most likely to have your information, a list of pages. You can then select the most likely page according to date or page title.

Can I store what I find on the PMFORUM for later use?

Yes in a number of ways. Using your Browser you can save the file to a local hard drive or print a personal copy. The single caveat to storing of a PMFORUM web page is that of intellectual property (IP). A copy for your own personal use is entirely within the mission of the PMFORUM to disseminate PM information however the information is not granted for personal or organization commercial gain. That is:

PMFORUM.ORG, Inc., the owner of PMFORUM® the WWW Project Management Forum Web Site, recognizes the need to ensure the protection of intellectual property.
